LCOR's 34 Berry Street is complete and 90% leased. Already half of the 142-unit North Williamsburg building is occupied, and LCOR has opened all of the property's amenities and released the penthouse apartments.
The top-floor units include wrap-around terraces and views, ranging from the Manhattan skyline to the Williamsburg Bridge. Amenities include an attended lobby, large landscaped courtyard, fitness center, two resident lounges and on-site parking.
“Given that 34 Berry is 90 percent leased already we expect to be at full capacity by Labor Day,” said David Sigman, senior vice president and principal of LCOR. “We are thrilled with the positive response from the market.”
“The building is reaching the finish line,” said Robert Scaglion, Sr., managing director of residential marketing at Rose Associates, Inc., which handles leasing for 34 Berry. “We are now excited to offer the penthouses for lease.”
